Kellen North America Benefits

We offer one of the most competitive benefits packages in the association management industry, tailored to local legislation and customs.  For the North-American offices, the benefits cover ownership, healthcare, insurance plans, reimbursement accounts, and retirement plans.

Employee Ownership and 401k Retirement Plans: We offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.  Our ESOP provides company stock to North American full-time employees at no cost to them once minimal service requirements are met.

North American Healthcare and related plans: Our health and life benefits programs span medical, dental, and programs to help employees in their time of need. Program highlights include:

  • Employees, spouses and dependents are eligible for health coverage from date of hire with appropriate premiums.  
  • Benefit plans include Health (including Vision Care), Dental, Health Care Reimbursement Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Vacation Purchase Program, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.

Other Insurance plans: Our wide range of insurance plans also provides income replacement in the event of a serious injury or death.

  • Life Insurance: Provides benefits to your beneficiaries in the event of your death.
  • Accidental death and dismemberment insurance: Provides additional benefits if you die or suffer the loss of a limb, sight, hearing or paralysis as a result of an accident.
  • Long-Term Disability: The Kellen Company maintains a group Long-Term Disability (LTD) plan designed to protect an employee’s income should he/she become permanently disabled and unable to work.

Reimbursement accounts: Reimbursement accounts help to lower the costs of health care, dependent care and public transportation to and from work by allowing you to plan ahead using pre-tax dollars.  Paying for eligible expenses with pre-tax dollars helps to lower your costs.

Generous Leave Policy: We offer vacation, sick leave, personal days and holiday pay, as well as special leaves for bereavement, jury duty and military service.

Professional Development, Recognition and Sales Commission Programs
